About me

I'm a Developer, Teacher, Leader and a Conference Speaker. I have 12+ years of experience growing from being a Software Engineer to -> Senior Leader. I've worked at companies such as WealthSimple, Rangle.io, Loblaw Digital, and IBM.

I have grown 100+ developers throughout my career, led teams of 25+ developers at a time and have grown folks at all skill levels - developers and leaders.
